Package
The heavy lifting happens here. It’s the gathering, verifying, checking, and compiling all the information, evidence, and documents required to move the deal forward. Broker Concierge manages the entire process, ensuring nothing is missed and everything is ready for underwriting. They can engage with broker, borrower, and solicitors as required. They will pull together all gathered data, evidence, and communications into a clear format for underwriters, compliance, and auditors. Â

Generating and explaining the Shopping List of required items to brokers.
Collecting documents and information through email, WhatsApp, or secure web uploads.
Classifying documents and verifying they meet criteria (e.g., recent payslips).
Matching information on documents against borrower data (e.g. is this bank statement in the same name as the borrower).
Communicating directly with the borrower for ID verification, KYC checks, and collecting e-signatures.
Running “Speaks With” security conversations with borrowers to confirm ID, check product understanding, and other final mile lender confirmations.
Running checks through third-party services like credit reference agencies, Companies House, and land registry.
Keeping everyone informed on what’s complete, what’s missing, and what’s next.
Summarizing key loan details and check results (e.g., ID verification, KYC reports, income assessments).
Packaging evidence documents and communication trails.
Storing everything securely on Nivo’s platform with audit trails, search functionality, and filters.
Engage
Broker Concierge is trained with an incredible amount of information so it can guide a broker through all of the twists and wrinkles of a niche specialist loan.
It can handle any question, explain how to get cases to fit eligibility criteria, suggest changes, manage unlimited changes to DIPs and loan amounts mid way through the process, explain what documents are required, and provide daily updates.


Integrate
